Djokovic edges Haas to set up Nadal semi

World number one Novak Djokovic gained revenge from German 12th seed Tommy Haas who had beaten him in Madrid in March to setup a thrilling semi-final against defending and seven-times champion Rafael Nadal who hammered Swiss Stanislas Wawrinka 6-2 6-3 6-1 .

Novak and Rafa last meeting (on clay) wasn't a pleasant for the Spaniard as Djokovic busts Nadal's eight-year Monte Carlo reign, but beating the clay king over Roland Garros courts is different, it will need some spectacular performance as it happened only once in the last eight years when Swedish Robin Soderling stunned Nadal in 2009 fourth round.
